4. Dye DMC
Dye puts out some of the most expensive paintball markers on the market with a price range beginning at $700. The three dimensional contoured aluminum body of the DMC model costs around $1400 however, owing to its patented FUSE™ bolt technology, the DMC is capable of a firing rate of 23 BPS, making it a good choice for serious painballers. It features a tournament legal mode and reduced eye sensitivity settings which can be adjusted through the intelligent Electronic Control (IEC).
5. Evil Piranha and Evil Pimp
Evil Piranha paintball marker product line-up includes the Piranha EVO, the Piranha SRT E-FORCE and the Evil Pimp, all at the medium price point. The most expensive is the Electro-Pneumatic open-bolted Evil pimp which costs about $700. The main features include an electronically adjustable rate of fire, tray-less trigger frame, detonator vertical regulator and twist lock Teflon bolt.
6. BT-16 Tactical

Its main features include an adjustable front grip, dual sight/mounting rails, eternal velocity adjuster and easy filed stripping.
7. Eclipse EGO
The Eclipse EGO is an open bolt electro-pneumatic paintball marker in the $1,100 range which features LCD optical trigger, rear function buttons, menu-driven operating system, and eye indicator. The full adjustable ROF allows for firing at 1 to 30 BPS with eye off, and unlimited ROF with eye on.
8. Smart Parts Impulse
The Smart Parts Impulse marker costs around $450 and operates on either CO2, or compressed air or nitrogen, without the need for a high-pressure system. Its features include a two finger trigger, progressive rifled barrel and maximum flow regulator. The optional “vision” add on has an anti-chop sensing eye which prevents firing if there is no ball present in the breech.
